  1. Valuable as fuck. This is one of those topics familiar to everyone as they're constantly kicking it around mentally when happening upon new info. It's really helpful to see some of its details broken down.
And shoutout to that jab at 1 Pack Shortcut, though I still need to see his bullshit click bait ads before or around every one of your vids.

  2. So where does Omar fall on this spectrum? Obviously he implies that he is putting out useful information. But most of his videos on diet and weight loss are anachronistic and wrong.

  3. How come you have girlish features? Is it genetics, is your oestrogenelevel high? You look great, but just wondering, you look masculant but you also have a 'feminine look'…

  4. Omar if all the stuff in the middle didn't exist you and other youtubers wouldn't have a channel. If you told people to do compounds with good form and add weight over time, you could do that in one video and be done with it.

  5. another on point video, im attributing some of my gainz to u homie! still waiting for that collab with you and broscience (dom mazzetti). has he gotten back to you about that yet?

  6. Sometimes I see videos like yours and just love that despite what people may argue that it doesn't have this or that. It cuts the bullshit and makes simple so many valid points. At the end of the day there are only so many crucial things to focus the rest is just icing on the cake.

I just wish your videos were around more than the ridiculous information that gets tossed about haha.
Awesome vid man loving it as usual.

  7. I see your point, but I respectfully disagree. As the saying goes, the devil is in the details. The B/S/D-point really requires good technique, and the foot position thing that you considered borderland is one of many small details that in the end determine how good progress you'll get from squatting and whether you get hurt. Which is my point, there may be important things to know that take priority, but the little details matter just as much in my opinion, it's just that each little thing doesn't matter much on it's own.

  8. I dont understand the "restricted calories" point. Im in deficit  since three months, thats means im not doing well? too much time in deficit?…I appreciate the info of your videos Omar, you are great. Greetings from Spain.

  9. I think squatting, deadlifting and benching, in their strictest terms, being crucial is bad information- too many powerlifting zealots out there that think it's the solution to strength/size related goals outside of powerlifting. It's definitely a useful place to start off in but I think it can become a hinderance when people religiously persue that philosopy instead of merely considering other options that may be more optimal. I could understand you stressing that some form of pressing, both hip and knee dominant lower body movements and heavy loading of the spine in different planes is necessary for good overall development but to boil that all down to squatting, benching and deadlifting is harmfully simplistic- there are so many ways to use the human body.

  10. I am and will be on a restricted calorie diet for a long time. I need to loose somewhere between 50-100 pounds. I am going to go for a low carb, high fat diet, with intermittent fasting. Can that really be counted as having too little calories, since I am taking calories from my bodyfat?

  11. what are you plotting "usefulness" against? (assuming y-axis means that). I'm guessing your content does cater to the majority of your audience, you know, ones with limited science background (or high school math). a linear function makes zero sense when your data points on your abscissas is placed to represent arbitrary categories. you might as well just make a table, and that would have made more sense. off a slight tangent, even power-lifting experts like luis Simmons is an offender when it comes to this, whenever he babbles about F=ma, and how that applies to his training techniques, i can't help but cringe. all training methods and their effectiveness are based on trial and error. at the end of the day, everyone is just a bro on the internet and one just gotta put in the work to get stronger/grow, instead of over-theorizing.

  12. omar, since you can't increase weight while training the PC muscle, i'd love your take on a kickass kegel routine.  i want to shoot one across the damn room… pause…
