  1. That's just curds, not really cheese. Cheese needs a culture or at least some type of acid. But I guess vegetable sources of acids are somewhat hard to come by, and citrus fruits weren't really an option. I don't see why you couldn't have cultured your own bacteria or fungus though.

  2. While watching the video the room I was in began to smell like cheese. Now I realize a friend of mine whos staying over was in here and made a sandwich while I was too caught up in these videos. The irony.

  3. You could make the butter faster by warming it to room temperature and adding marbles or something like that into the container.
    I did it like that and only needed to shake for less than a minute

  4. If he really wanted to make Cheese he should of gone back in time domesticated a cow and then milked it and made cheese by hand without any chemicals.
