PROKARYOTES VS EUKARYOTES- How cells are different?

Modern cell theory states that all living things are made of cells for example the human body is made up of trillions of cells working together to keep you alive at the same time there are trillions of individual cells inside of you working together to stay alive although these cells are similar in some ways they're also very different welcome .

To moomoomath and science and the difference between a eukaryotic cell in a prokaryotic cell if you take a look at a prokaryotic cell in a eukaryotic cell next to each other you would notice that in some ways they're different but they're also sent the same in some ways all of life can be classified as either a eukaryote or a prokaryote a quick side .

Note when you refer to the organism you use the term prokaryote or eukaryote for example this dog is considered a eukaryote bacteria are prokaryotes when you refer to the individual cell you use eukaryotic or prokaryotic prokaryotes can be classified as either bacteria or archaea eukaryotes are classified as protists plants animal or fungi a .

Prokaryotic cell is smaller they do not have membrane bound organelles but they do have a cell membrane ribosomes genetic materials such as DNA and RNA but they do not contain a nucleus the DNA is found in the cytoplasm or in a circular form called a plasmid in fact prokaryote means before kernel which means before nucleus I've always .

Remembered it however using pros sounds like no 4 no nucleus prokaryotes are simple unicellular organisms however this allows them to duplicate quickly bacteria are very diverse and they range from disease-causing pathogens to beneficial bacteria archaea are also diverse but none are pathogenic and many live in extreme environments .

Some prokaryotes have a flagellum that allows him to new move but they do not have membrane bound organelles such as mitochondria or a nucleus eukaryotic cells do contain membrane bound organelles like a nucleus mitochondria or Golgi apparatus eukaryotic means true kernel which refers to the nucleus or true nucleus they can either be a .

Single-cell organism like a protists or a multicellular organism like this dog or tree some eukaryotic cells are animal cells which do not have a cell wall or they can be plant cells which have a cell wall and chloroplasts let's take a look at the similarities and differences between prokaryotic cells and eukaryotic cells first both have ribosomes genetic .

Materials such as DNA and RNA cytoplasm and a cell membrane surrounding them eukaryotic cells have our large more complex contain membrane bound organelles and can be either unicellular or multicellular prokaryotic cells are small do not have a nucleus do not have membrane bound organelles and all of them are single-celled organisms if .
